Paul Mendelssohn

Paul started his career in 2008, joining a FTSE listed recruiter on their graduate scheme. Since then, he has gained a wealth of experience placing senior finance executives and CFOs across a variety of different business ownerships, sectors and geographies.

Prior to Altima, Paul was a Partner within a global boutique executive search firm, heading up the private equity and venture practice specialising in CFOs. Common projects for Paul would be high growth trajectory companies and those experiencing rapid change.

Paul has a degree in Business Studies and has a personal interest in the way companies are structured and operates. Outside of work, Paul is kept extremely busy with his young family, but when time allows, you will find him hacking his way round the golf course! He is also a lifelong supporter of Manchester United and is now experiencing what it’s like to not see your team winning trophies every season.
