Mike leads our Software team here at Altima. Having joined Altima in 2019, Mike supports high-growth software companies find and attract the very best talent from around the world, building long-lasting client relationships along the way.

Having worked on over 60 Software/SaaS searches, Mike has an exceptional market knowledge at hiring CFOs for the world’s most exciting fast-scaling Software/SaaS companies and enjoys the unrivalled access to proven talent in the European technology ecosystem.

Mike was previously at a Tech & Digital executive search firm specialising in VP, CxO-level and Non-Executive search for large global Corporates and VC/PE portfolio companies across Europe. He studied International Business at Nottingham Business School before completing his Master’s in HR Management at Oxford Brookes University.
