Smart Pension

Smart Pension is a B2B SaaS/PaaS business which provides businesses with an auto enrolment pension platform. The company had just raised a significant strategic investment from Goldman Sachs and required a strong, strategic CFO who could help the business as they entered a period of hyper-growth and internationalisation while effectively managing external clients and internal stakeholders. Smart Pension hired Iwona Jordan, due to her experience as a CFO with a high-growth Fintech business which she expanded from 6 offices in 2 countries to 14 offices in 7 countries; with revenues and company value increasing six-fold – T/o £80m – 600 staff, as well as leading M&A Transactions as and commercial deals.
