Calastone

Calastone is a B2B SaaS business which provides a global fund transaction network. Calastone required a highly strategic, operational and commercial CFO who could act as a true business partner to the CEO. Calastone hired James Donaldson, former CFO of Lastminite.com and Ciklum with experience across multiple geographies for both B2C and B2B growth businesses, including PE and Corporate environments. They hired James due to his strong core finance skills, broad and balanced business experience as well as his strategic experience manging large transactions and transformations.
